Ireland International Judoka, Ben Fletcher, hosted two outstanding Masterclass at Banbury Judo.
Around 45 visitors and regulars to the club attended the sessions and benefited from Ben sharing some of his competitive techniques.
It was great to practice variations of techniques and points of entry and see how this can make all the difference at high level competitions.
We hope to see Ben back here in the future and wish him success in his bid for a Tokyo Olympics Medal in 2020.
Thank you to Ben for the truly enjoyable sessions.
